Every exterior painting job starts with a thorough walk of the property. We assess surface condition, identify problem areas — flaking, chalking, cracking, water damage, bare timber — and determine the preparation and product requirements before quoting. This is how we give you an accurate price, not a guess.

Windows, doors, trims, landscaping, and all surfaces not being painted are masked and protected before any paint is applied. We treat your property the way we'd want ours treated. We pride ourselves on having never damage or had an accident on-site.

We apply a minimum of two topcoats using products suited to the coastal Sunshine Coast environment. On most exterior work this means premium acrylic systems with UV stabilisers and mould inhibitors — finishes that maintain their appearance and protective properties through years of coastal exposure.

Preparation is where the job is won or lost. We pressure wash the entire exterior to remove dirt, mould, salt residue, and chalky old paint. Surfaces are sanded, cracks and gaps are filled, bare areas are primed, and any water damage is treated before a single topcoat goes on. This step cannot be rushed. We don't rush it.

On bare, patched, or previously failed surfaces, the correct primer is applied before the topcoat. Primer selection is specific to the substrate type — timber, render, masonry, and previously painted surfaces each require a different approach. Skipping or substituting primer is the most common cause of early paint failure.

Every surface is inspected, touch-ups are done on site, and the property is left clean. The 7-year workmanship guarantee activates from the date of completion.
